The Royal Army of Comstocke is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the recreation and preservation of the 16th century.  We have been around since 2005 when Michael Comstock began visiting Renaissance festivals across the Midwest.  Now you can see us performing at Renaissance festivals as well as give educationally entertaining demonstrations all across the Midwest, at schools, libraries and other events.

We offer a living history encampment where we have demonstrations of period cooking, 16th century dances, and how the royal court interacted, which we do throughout the day. Our Warriors of Comstocke love to put on a good show using the fighting tactics used during the Wars of the Roses.  Our nobility and royalty dress up in their finest attire and love to show patrons of all ages what fun it was to dance as they did in the great halls of Whitehall.

If you would like to book us for your Renaissance Faire, private party, charity event, school demonstration, birthday party, wedding reception, banquet, city festival, or anything else you can possibly think of, please visit our "Contact Us" page.

The Royal Army of Comstocke is a volunteer based nonprofit organization whose primary funding comes from fundraisers and contributions from supporters like you.  Please help us continue to offer this service to schools, libraries, and festivals in your local area.  Thank you for your generous support.
